It never fails, the first thing to go when we're too busy or have a limited budget, is our eating habits. However, there are plenty of tips, tricks, and hacks out there that will save you time and money in the kitchen.

Take this Creamy Sundried Tomato Basil Vodka Sauce with Mushrooms for instance; it's a one-pot sauce dish that tastes so good, they'll think you spent a fortune and spent hours on it. When in fact, it's just a handful of ingredients (most of which are already in your pantry or fridge) and half an hour to get to this blissful sauce heaven.

When I'm short on time, my natural inclination is to go straight for any sort of one-pot recipe, and this Creamy Sundried Tomato Basil Vodka Sauce with Mushrooms is one of my most favorite ones so far. Plus, since it's meatless, your saving on your budget and getting your fill of veggies.

To pack a punch of flavor into this sauce, I seasoned it with one of McCormick's NEW Pasta Seasoning Blends. Each one is versatile, has easy-to-read ingredients, and really allows for creativity in the kitchen. I LOVE that there are no artificial colors or flavors in these new blends, which can be hard to find, especially in the spice aisle.

The McCormick Sundried Tomato Basil Pasta Seasoning allowed me to create this sauce the way I wanted with the flavors that I love, unlike other box blends or sauces. In fact, these blends are so stand-alone that you could simply heat on the stovetop in a bit of water or milk, and then toss with hot cooked pasta for a super quick and easy bite

While McCormick's Pasta Seasoning Blends are obviously great for making pasta dishes, you can also get creative and use them in other ways too. So let's create big, bold flavors easily - and leave bland behind!

Lightly coat the inside of a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and set it over a medium to medium-high heat. Add in the 1/2 Medium Onion and 4 Garlic Cloves; cook to soften.

Next, add in the 16 Oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms and continue to cook until the mushrooms are starting to soften.

Bring it all back to a simmer and season with salt and pepper to taste.
